Third Coast Systems Text-Back Consent

This page explains how a caller affirmatively consents to receive Line Two text messages from Third Coast Systems about a missed call or service inquiry.

How text-back opt-in works

Automated voice disclosure

When the call is unanswered, the caller hears this IVR message before deciding whether to press 1:

“Thanks for calling Third Coast Systems. Sorry we missed your call. Press 1 and we’ll text you right away so you can tell us what you need. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Or call us back later.”

First text message

This first SMS is sent only after the caller presses 1:

Third Coast Systems: Sorry we missed your call. Tell us what’s going on and we’ll take it from here.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

Follow-up message

If the caller opts in but does not reply, Third Coast Systems may send one follow-up approximately 15 minutes later:

Still need help? Reply here with what’s going on and we’ll get things moving.

If there is still no response, no further automated follow-up is sent as part of that missed-call sequence.

Message purpose

Messages are limited to customer-care communication related to the caller’s inquiry. Line Two may collect details such as caller name, service address, description of the issue, and preferred timing if provided. Messages are not used for unrelated marketing or promotional campaigns. Line Two does not provide professional trade advice or diagnoses.

Opt-out and help

Users may reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messaging. Users may reply HELP for assistance. Support is also available at contact@thirdcoastsystems.us.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on the caller’s conversation and service request. Message and data rates may apply.
