These terms describe the Third Coast Systems / Line Two text-back program.
Program description and consent
Line Two lets Third Coast Systems continue an unanswered call by text after the caller affirmatively presses 1 during the automated phone prompt. Texts are limited to customer-care communication about that call or the caller’s inquiry, including collecting request details and responding to related messages. The program is not for unrelated marketing or promotional messages.
If you do not press 1, Third Coast Systems does not send a text as part of that missed-call sequence. You can call back later instead.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your conversation and request. If you opt in and do not respond to the first text, one follow-up may be sent approximately 15 minutes later. If you still do not respond, no further automated follow-up is sent as part of that missed-call sequence.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s plan determines any charges.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages from this program.

Service limits
Line Two helps collect and relay information about an inquiry. Its automated messages do not provide professional trade advice or diagnoses. Information collected by text may be incomplete or inaccurate, and a service provider must make its own assessment of any request.
Message delivery and response times may vary. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Third Coast Systems cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or that a request will receive a response or result.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Third Coast Systems is not responsible for losses caused by delayed or undelivered messages, interruptions in the messaging service, or reliance on automated intake as professional trade advice. This paragraph does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
